Game Problems

If I bid nil, when it gets to spades my partner will throw a low spade instead of a high spade which will make me miss my nil bid. After I have lost my bid, then he will throw his high spades which if he would have used one of those I would have made my nil bid.
Please fix this and I will change my rating.
